There are times when taking even just 30 minutes out of our day to exercise seems impossible to fit in!
As I was preparing to take my long awaited trip to Colombia, I had very little time to squeeze in a workout. I really was only able to spare 10-15 minutes of exercise daily to then shower and get back to business.
I know I am not the only one who experiences times of “no time” so I wanted to share the workouts that I squeeze in to a very hectic day.
Something is better than nothing so move out the way and make room for these great, quick workouts!
I was feeling energized today and wanted to do an intense full body workout that included weights and found the perfect video:
I am glad the workout was only 10 minutes because…WOW! You really work it.
I decided to focus on my upper body today and I turned to the Tone It Up girls! They are stunning and have really amazing, short workouts and this one delivered:
I used 8 pound weights and I could feel the burn!
Due to the burn from the day before, I decided to go for a lower body workout today.
The added jumps between some of the exercises got the heart rate up and a bit of a sweat going.
I decided to try their abdominal workout and it is incredible the burn that you feel with such seemingly simple moves:
The exercises above can easily be done within 15 minutes, including a short warm-up and cool-down which are a must!
Ideally, we should be spending more time exercising, but realistically life is unpredictable and it can limit the little time we do have. Let us be the ultimate managers of our time and squeeze in a little movement towards our health!
