“New year, new you” is the message going around everywhere now that we started 2016. Many are taking on New Year resolutions of various sorts, but the resonating desires are those of meeting weight and fitness goals.

For the first Pay It Forward Friday of the year I thought it would be very fitting to give a shout out to a married couple that have inspired many with their health and fitness videos.

Daniel and Kelli are a husband and wife team that started working on Fitness Blender in 2008 and had their site up and running in 2010. They both spend countless hours putting together amazing workout videos for all fitness levels and they provide valid health information that supersedes all the unsound advice throughout the Internet now a day. And they do it all free of charge!!

So to the dynamic duo behind Fitness Blender, continue to be the honorable health and fitness icons that you are for you are inspirational and life changers! In other words,


I highly recommend you follow their YouTube channel and check out their site especially if you are working on getting fit and staying fit this year!

  1. For a beginner worker-outer Fitness Blender is AWESOME! Have you done POP pilates with Cassey Ho? She’s pretty fantastic too, and her 6 minute ab workouts are killer. Great blog!
