There are tons of well-known fitness trainers out there, but you always have your few that stand out above the rest.
Cassey has a fun-loving and upbeat personality that is contagious and makes the toughest workouts seem like pure entertainment. She innovatively combined pop music with classical Pilates to create a workout like no other which she cleverly named POP Pilates.
Not only is she an entrepreneur in the fitness realm, she also strived and reached for her childhood dream of being a fashion designer and launched her own activewear line called POPFLEX.
Hear the story behind her activewear from Cassey herself:
The most admirable thing about Cassey is not all that she has accomplished, but the heart and integrity that radiates from her videos. One of her most honorable videos was when she openly admitted to being sucked into exercise for vanity instead of health for a period in her life.
Cassey expresses how she may not have six-pack abs or curves with a tiny waist, but she has a healthy body that is uniquely beautiful and strong. She continues to convey the message of embracing our natural bodies and simply loving it via good nutrition and fitness.
Cassey also announced on her Instagram that she recently received the Health Champion Award from the American Heart Association. What an honor!
Wow. It is such an HONOR to receive the Health Champion Award tonight from the #AmericanHeartAssociation ❤️. My parents always wanted me to be a medical doctor growing up. And they were really upset and maybe even ashamed that I didn't follow through. But today, I'm happy to say that even though I'm not a physician, I do work in the field of PREVENTATIVE MEDICINE by being a fitness instructor. 💪 I'm very happy and my parents now are too. Thank you POPsters for believing in me on this wild journey. Know that this award ain't just for me…its for ALL OF US. We did it together. CONGRATS GUYS!!! 👏👏👏
You are a shining star!!
Thank you for being an ideal role model that reminds us to admire our already perfect bodies!
