When things get hectic, which always happens, it is essential to be efficient with each task at hand. Working out often takes a back seat to other priorities, but it doesn’t have to.

Incorporating exercises that include all the muscles provide a very effective workout that can be done as little as 30 minutes 3 times a week.

I have been tight on time lately and I turned to full body workouts to keep moving and still work up a burn.

Here are some of my favorite full body exercises with different levels of intensity for you to take your pick:
