The mall is mainly a place people go to hang out, do some shopping, and just walk around with friends and family. Going to the mall can be an all-day event and all the walking around can work up an appetite. But usually the food court leaves a lot to be desired and the choices can be minimal.
Dolphin Mall in South Florida is changing the way mall-goers dine by increasing variety and quality with restaurant options. As a spokesperson for Dolphin Mall, I wanted to tell you about 3 amazing new restaurants that will make your dining experience at the mall more enjoyable.
Brio is a Tuscan Italian restaurant that serves house-made pasta, fresh seafood, and char-grilled meats that are mouth watering!
My husband and I have dined at Brio several times and one of our favorite dishes is the Gorgonzola Crusted Lamb Chops served with Mashed Potatoes.
The lamb chops are always cooked to perfection and the Gorgonzola cheese pairs nicely with the Yukon Gold mashed potatoes.
I do not drink so I am not the best judge of cocktails, but according to Chef Arturo Alvarado at Brio in Dolphin Mall you should try their signature drink the “Flirty Cosmo”.
Absolut Mandarin, PAMA Pomegranate Liqueur, fresh lime, and Ca’ Bianca Brachetto d’Acqui
The smell and taste of the pomegranate were prominent so if you’re a fan of fruity and sweet drinks, give their Flirty Cosmo a try!
Brio’s Hours of Operation
Sun-Thu 11:30 am to 10 pm
Fri & Sat 11:30 am to 12 midnight
Brunch at Brio:
Saturday & Sunday until 3 pm
Kona Grill is an upscale, modern American restaurant with an award-winning sushi bar. According to the Kona Grill’s owner, the restaurant motto is, “There’s something for everyone!”
You can choose a wide variety of dishes, but you should definitely give their fresh sashimi a try!
Salmon, tuna fresh from Hawaii, whitefish, cooked shrimp, Daikon radish noodles
The wasabi is made fresh from the wasabi root and the sashimi is served alongside a green mild leaf with a delicious citric flavor that refreshes your palate.
Instead of cocktails give one of their signature sake drinks a try:
Pictured from left to right are the following:
Momokawa Diamond (junmai-ginj, dry and light Sake)
Hana Fuji Apple (junmai, tart apple Sake)
Hakutsuru Sayuri Nigori (junmai nigori, lightly sweet creamy Sake)
If you’re looking for something different, start with the Hana Fuji Apple, junmai, tart apple Sake. It has a prominent apple flavor and scent that is extracted from pure apples.

Fri & Sat 11 am to 1 am
Sun 11 am to 10 pm
